SEMINARS WILL BE ONLINE DURING THE NOVEMBER MID-TERM BREAK

Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin made a statement on his social media account and announced that teachers' seminars will be held online, being valid only for the November mid-term break.

Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin included the following statements in his message:

"Dear colleagues,

We are trying to shoulder the education process together. I see semester breaks as an important opportunity to plan and evaluate in this sense. We made a plan by evaluating the changes made during the summer and focusing on what to do after the holiday, especially regarding the joint exams. We have described in detail the online presentations of the relevant general managers and the subsequent evaluations to be made in schools. However, during our meetings with teachers in Erzurum over the weekend, I came across requests for the postponement of face-to-face programs due to the different programs that many of our teachers had made for themselves for the mid-term break based on the previous practice.

For this reason, only being valid for the November midterm break, I decided to hold the seminar period online. However I have a request and a warning: Please follow the online presentations carefully because our general managers will share the technical details you will encounter in practice with you. My warning is that the April midterm break will definitely be face to face and in schools. Let's make our plans accordingly.

Good Luck."
